Review

Rokeby Hall in County Louth is a splendid example of neoclassical architecture, originally built for Richard Robinson, the then Archbishop of Armagh. This country house is not just a private residence but a tribute to the brilliant architects and skilled craftsmen of its time. Its intricate interiors, hand-crafted with precision and care, stand as a testament to their artistry. Today, Rokeby Hall holds its place as one of the most significant country houses in County Louth and surrounding counties, resonating with historical and architectural importance. My personal experience of touring Rokeby Hall, guided by the gracious owners Jean & Jeff Young, was nothing short of extraordinary. Every minute of the tour was a journey through history and elegance, leaving a lasting impression that won't be easily forgotten. The Hall's splendid design, combined with the warm hospitality of its owners, makes a visit to Rokeby Hall a truly unforgettable experience.

Sunday Street

Sunday Street is Drogheda’s newest buzz, two personalities under one roof. By day, the coffee bar hums with energy: expertly pulled espressos and lattes and trays of still-warm bakes crafted onsite that very morning. The vibe crackles, more Manhattan loft than small Irish town,
