Highfield House B&B
Review
I’ve selected for you, a small handful of some amazing little places to stay, take Highfield House for instance. On the day of my visit, I had the good fortune to meet Hugh, one of the owners of this lovely little Bed & Breakfast and he gave me a guided tour of this most interesting house. Ran by both Jill and Hugh Hunter-Gordon, Highfield House has a lovely warm feeling to it and their three well appointed rooms, along with their sumptuous breakfast room really are the real deal. From the minute I stepped inside the house, I felt as though I had walked into a stately home, Hugh and Gill have a wonderful home and in my opinion, this is not just a room for a night or two, this is a true experience, one that would be hard to rival elsewhere, oh and breakfast here at this B&B is not to be missed!
