Plates celebrate the tide: gleaming oysters, crackling-skinned hake, chowder fragrant with dill, fish landed yards away and cooked at its peak. There’s honest confidence here, ingredients are allowed to sing. Nautical touches meet clean, contemporary lines; wide windows frame boats sliding past, while the outdoor terrace serves unhurried, salt-aired theatre.
