Wave Dingle
Review
Wave Dingle is the kind of bold, imaginative attraction that stops you right in your tracks. In 15 years of writing my Top 100 Attractions series, I’ve never encountered anything quite like it. Owner Michael Keane and his family, after decades fishing to keep their factory thriving, have poured serious investment and heart into a thrilling reinvention. Housed in the old fish factory itself, the story feels authentic from the moment you step inside. Rooms hum with energy: interactive encounters, immersive visuals, clever storytelling and hands-on moments that make you see the ocean and Dingle’s fishing heritage, through new eyes. It’s educational without ever feeling worthy, playful without being gimmicky, and beautifully produced throughout. I took my time and loved every minute; you will, too. As a statement of local ingenuity, Wave Dingle is unforgettable and in my book, worth every penny. Book ahead, this gem is going places fast.
