Leaving from Dingle’s bustling harbour, Dingle Dolphin Boat Tours set the standard long before others arrived. For over three decades they’ve run first-class trips, and between the three skippers there’s a formidable 75 years of expertise guiding every voyage. Their fleet, Draíocht, Island Explorer, and Laird of Staffa, carries up to 168 passengers in comfort, with clear briefings, top-notch safety, and a very friendly and knowledgeable crew who know these waters intimately. Itineraries are varied and well paced. Choose the Blasket Islands Adventure, the dramatic Dingle Bay Cliff Tour, a brisk Mini Eco Tour, or the Wildlife Tour where sightings feel wonderfully unforced. These were the original boats befriended by Fungie, the lone bottlenose dolphin who enchanted Dingle for 37 years before vanishing in 2020, a story the team tells with warmth and respect.
