Review
I probably spend more time looking at accommodation providers than I do attractions of late, that’s because you're going to be with them for more hours in a day than you would at any of the attractions or restaurants in this book. Here in our glamping and camping section of this romantic destinations book, the emphasis was not only on providing you with a great place to stay, but one that you’ll never forget, and that’s where Oaklane Glamping comes into it. Each of their very unique cabins comes well equipped and each have one of the best views in the whole of Co. Kerry. There’s so much on your doorstep here, but honestly, I promise you may actually not want to leave at all! Oaklane Glamping is the epitome of what this book is all about and uncovering and subsequently visiting this place, really did leave me with a warm feeling inside.

Dromquinna Stables
Just a few miles from the heritage town of Kenmare, Dromquinna Stables remains one of Kerry’s truly special and well respected equestrian experiences. Having endorsed this wonderful family-run centre once before, my return visit only confirmed why it deserves its place again. Originally opened in 1949 by Michael’s mum, it is now proudly carried forward by Michael and Xenia, along with their children also playing

D O'Sheas Bar
There are Irish bars all over the world, probably more out of Ireland, than there are in Ireland, but here at D’O’shea’s Bar & Restaurant in the picture perfect village of Sneem, this is the model they all model themselves on.
