Horncastle Farm Experiences
Review
Horncastle Farm Experiences is exactly the sort of attraction I love to champion as a hidden gem. Still in its fledgling days as a visitor attraction, this is a business that already shows just how much heart, soul and hard work have gone into creating something genuinely special. Throughout the year, visitors can enjoy lamb and calf feeding sessions, while the chance to be a farmer for the day adds real character, with tractor driving, egg collecting and daily farm chores all part of the fun. In the summer months, wildflower picking adds another lovely layer to the experience, while their pumpkin festival has quickly become a popular seasonal draw. I also adore the rustic feel of the place, which gives it a warmth and honesty that is hard to fake. Then there is The Tattie Shed Restaurant, where superb breakfasts and lunches celebrate produce from the farm and local area.
