The Barn is an exemplary, multi-award winning bed & breakfast nestled in the historic village of Monk Fryston. Voted the best B&B in Yorkshire, The Barn has medieval roots and has been renovated to an exceptional standard to accommodate four superb en-suite rooms (with all mod cons) and a dining area. The luxurious quality of the furnishings is matched by the quality of the service and the breakfasts themselves – which are also award-winning They pride themselves in sourcing, stocking, and cooking only the best local ingredients in their establishment and in the shop that they own next door, where you can purchase these goodies as well as alcohol for your stay. The breakfasts are sublime. Not only do they cater for vegan/vegetarian options as well, but offer Staal Smokehouse smoked salmon and Yochenthwaite porridge along with traditional fare. The Barn is most highly recommended.
