Glen Valley House B&B

Accommodation

Glen Valley Farmhouse is an award winning, family run Bed and Breakfast, situated near the village of Leenane, on the Wild Atlantic Way. Glen Valley House is nestled in 1000 Acres of spectacular, private farmland, in a secluded valley, surrounded by the 12 Bens and Maam Turk Mountain Ranges, on Killary Harbour – Irelands only Fjord.

Glen Valley is a sheep farm, a breeder of Connemara ponies and we have been farming the land for generations. It is the ideal base for guests to engross themselves with the sights and sounds of beautiful Irish countryside. Guests can roam free over the land, which captures the essence of quintessential Irish farm life, or explore the natural historical heritage artefacts/monuments that run through our grounds.

At Glen Valley House, we provide comfortable, pleasant, affordable accommodation, with mountain views and nutritious breakfasts. So, come join us, for one night stays, weekend breaks or longer, to relax and unwind as you escape the hustle and bustle of city life.

Glen Valley House can offer all the comforts of home. All rooms are en-suite and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding Connemara countryside. Breakfast is served in the light and airy dining room between 7:30am and 10am. Begin your day with a light continental breakfast (our freshly baked homemade bread is a must), pancakes with maple syrup or scrambled eggs (from our own produced free range eggs) with bacon or salmon. And at the end of the day you can relax in front of the fire in the guest lounge.
