The Plough Inn is a family-run pub set in a historic building in the charming village of Hillsborough. The property was once a coaching inn many years ago, and has since been transformed into the most divine award-winning bar and restaurant. This marvel is owned by the Patterson family, who have poured their hearts and souls into the success of this establishment. At the Plough Inn you can find one of Ireland’s best Cocktail & Gin Bars and the most divine café. They offer delicious, traditional food, delectable cocktails, incredible service, and a lively atmosphere; all in a sophisticated retro setting. The restaurant has been beautifully decorated, and the setting inside is just as gorgeous as it is outside. The service is top class and the staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive. Overall, one can expect a splendid experience at The Plough Inn.
