A warm welcome awaits you in The Glen Tavern from Ger Callanan and all his team. The Callanan family can trace their history in the hospitality industry back to the early 1930s from Thurles in Co Tipperary. Three generation of the family, now help to run The Glen Tavern. The building dates back to 1760s, and forms part of Limerick's Georgian Quarter. “We pride ourselves in maintaining a high standard of service in both the food and beverages industry, marrying new ideas with old classics in a traditional setting.” “We serve breakfast from 9.30am and continue serving food till 10pm. All dietary needs catered for and child portions available, also kiddie menu.”
