Enter the wooden latched door to an inviting cosy bar with lots of original beams, assorted traditional furnishings giving the pub its quirky attraction. The Chequers is a pub which is away from the mainstream of “themed modernization”, reminding us of how pubs once were. Sitting by one of the open fires with a pub favorite meal or one of our renowned home made pies and accompanied by the tipple of your choice is always a winner. The Chequers is a dog friendly pub with a beautiful floral beer garden and a function room suitable for all occasions.

The Stables form part of the historic Chequers Inn at Leominster, boasting beautiful beamed ceilings, wooden and stoned floors, a log burning stove, its own bar, its own private facilities and entrance. The room is truly atmospheric making it an ideal venue for any event.

The Stable rooms are a multi-purpose facility suitable for a number of private bookings including business meetings, birthday parties, christenings, family gatherings, funeral wakes, office parties or private dining.

The Stables will seat 40 people in a formal environment and will accommodate 80 if a less formal arrangement is required.
