Hanley House
Review
Tucked away in the breathtaking Teme Valley, Hanley House is the kind of romantic countryside escape you dream about but rarely find. From the moment I spoke with the warm and welcoming owners, Anna and Tom, I had a good feeling, but nothing could have prepared me for what awaited. Once a centuries-old pub, this remarkable 700-year-old building has been lovingly transformed into one of the most beautiful accommodations I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. Each room is a world of its own, thoughtfully restored, full of character, and with enchanting views across the Teme Valley. The attention to detail is second to none, with modern comforts seamlessly woven into the building’s rich heritage. Add to that a hearty, high-quality breakfast in the morning, and you've got the perfect romantic retreat. Trust me, you’ll leave already planning your return. Hanley House is pure magic, wrapped in history and hospitality.
