Hidden away behind the Sneem Hotel, Sneem Seaweed Baths is quickly becoming one of Co. Kerry’s most talked-about wellbeing experiences. Privately owned and warmly hosted by Brendan, this wonderful attraction began with just seven hot tub seaweed baths, but such has been its popularity that it has now expanded to ten. Each bath is thoughtfully spaced, giving guests privacy while allowing them to soak up those breathtaking views of the Kerry mountains and the beautiful Atlantic shoreline. For me, this is excellent value for money and an experience that delivers far more than just simple relaxation. Seaweed has long been used and celebrated for its natural minerals and vitamins, and as you unwind in the warm water, you can feel the benefits working their magic around your body. You emerge totally relaxed, revived and genuinely revitalised. This is Kerry at its most restorative, and an experience well worth seeking out.
