Review
Pinks Cantina and Grill has quickly become the beating heart of Waterford city and even though the locality offers an amazing array of eateries, from takeaway to casual dining or even fine dining establishments, Pinks offers something just that little bit different. I found the menu along with the decor of the venue to be vibrant, exciting and not at all tacky in nature. Yes ok, there are lots of TexMex restaurants all over Ireland, but the family that own this particular restaurant really have done their homework and they want to give an authentic experience that you just cannot get anywhere else, unless your in the US that is, where there is only one other Pinks Cantina & Grill. One other thing I think worth mentioning, is that if you’re a coffee lover, NYCD next door offers one of the best coffees I’ve had in Ireland thus far.
