Mr Pook’s Kitchen is your gateway to Scotland’s larder. Our restaurant showcases some of the best produce from Dumfries & Galloway using ancient, classic & modern cooking techniques. Mr “Ed” Pook has taken charge of offering you Dumfries & Galloway on a plate. Working closely with local suppliers as well as foraging & collecting ingredients, Mr Pook’s Kitchen brings the best raw ingredients to the dishes, turning those ingredients into innovative tastes of the region. Alongside the restaurant we have joined forces with Chris Bain to run a bottle shop, our very own in-house off-licence.
