When you think of adventure and activity centres nowadays, you could be forgiven for instantly thinking Wales, however, despite there being a huge amount of activity centres in Wales, Scotland has just as many, if not more! Here at the Galloway Activity Centre (GAC) in the south of the country, they have been doing adventure and activity for years and they’re getting better at it, year after year! Experienced instructors, state of the art facilities and amazing accommodation is the order of the day here at the GAC and on the day I was there, Visit Scotland were filming their next promotional advert on the lake, that’s just how much they are highly thought of there! I also want to use some of my short amount of words to tell you about how great their waterside cafe is and whilst tucking in to some tasty food, you can have a panoramic view of the lake!
