Molly’s Restaurant & Takeaway in Kilfinnane has taken an exciting new direction, and it’s a change that truly works. Having been featured in my last edition, I knew the new owners would have big boots to fill, but Samantha and her husband have stepped confidently into the role. Now operating as a Chinese restaurant, Molly’s delivers fresh, flavour-packed dishes at prices that are refreshingly affordable. The menu is full of all the firm favourites, from comforting classics to crowd-pleasers that suit every taste. Before I left, Samantha kindly had the kitchen rustle up a few bites for me, and I can honestly say the chicken wings were among the best I’ve had in a long time. A brilliant addition to Co. Limerick’s food scene.
