Midland Karting
Review
If you fancy injecting a little speed and excitement into your day, Midland Karting is an attraction well worth putting on your itinerary. Family owned and operated, this popular karting venue combines genuine thrills with a strong emphasis on safety and excellent customer care. The impressive 1,100-metre asphalt circuit delivers everything you could want from a great karting experience, with sweeping bends, tighter corners, fast sections and plenty of opportunities to test your driving skills against friends or family. What I particularly like about Midland Karting is that the experience feels accessible as well as exciting, making it a cracking choice for a morning or afternoon out. Prices are sensible too, offering excellent value for an activity that certainly delivers plenty of smiles. Be warned, though: once you have crossed that finishing line, there’s every chance you’ll immediately start thinking about when you can come back and do it all again!

There is something wonderfully authentic about Kerrigan’s Bar & Restaurant in the heart of Mullingar, a town bursting with personality yet retaining its friendly village atmosphere.
