Kinloch Campsite
Review
This small, family-run campsite is located on the North West of the Isle of Skye. It sits at the head of Loch Dunvegan, and is overlooked by two flat-topped hills known as MacLeod’s Tables. Kinloch Campsite’s beautiful waterfront location makes it the ideal spot for exploration of the north of Skye and touring a traditional Highland village. The campsite is only a five-minute walk from the village of Dunvegan – where you will find a variety of shops, pubs and cafes, while Dunvegan Castle’s breath-takingly beautiful gardens are just on the other side of the village. The campsite available on the shore of the Loch offers undisturbed birdwatching opportunities and beautiful views of the tidal waters and tranquil shoreline. Kinloch provides a range of free resources to guests, such as bathrooms and hot showers, charging sockets, access to dish washing room and laundry facilities, and more.
