What better way to take in the beauty that is historic Portree than to sit in one of the oldest stone buildings in the area, on the quayside, enjoying the labours of the local fishermen. The food at this picturesque little eating spot could not have been fresher had it leapt straight on to your plate. There is a plethora of sea delicacies to choose from, cooked to the highest standards and presented fresh and accompanied by locally-sourced ingredients. There is something there too for the meat lover, fear not, and an array of desserts to tantalise the taste buds. This restaurant is popular with both tourists and locals, eager to sample the catch of the day. Great food, super atmosphere and scenic views – a must visit when on the Isle of Skye.
