Farnham View B&B
Review
Farnham View Bed & Breakfast, just a few minutes from Cavan town and almost neighbouring the Farnham Estate, is exactly the kind of hidden gem I love to stay in. I choose my accommodation very carefully, and this B&B and its friendly owners reminded me exactly why. There’s a genuinely down-to-earth Irish warmth here that you can’t easily manufacture. The bedrooms manage that rare balance of being both cosy and surprisingly spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable, unhurried stay. Host Jean is wonderfully attentive, and nothing is ever too much trouble. It’s no surprise Farnham View has featured on “Daniel & Majella’s B&B Roadtrip” with Daniel O’Donnell and his wife Majella. For an authentic, relaxed Co. Cavan base, this is a superb choice.
