Drummond Castle Gardens
Review
Drummond Castle Gardens are in my opinion right up their with the best gardens in the world. When I visited them, I really saw a lot of similarities to Powerscourt Gardens in Co. Wicklow, Ireland and they’ve just been voted number three garden in the world by National Geographic and I truly believe the gardens here at Drummond Castle are on par with theirs. There has been a garden on this site from as early as the early 1500’s and although it most certainly wouldn’t be the garden you see before you today, it’s significant enough to think the age of this garden. The garden is very reasonably priced all things considered and I guarantee, whether you’re a keen garden lover or not, just being here is something quite special and the place has something to offer everyone. With the backdrop of the castle behind it, a visit to Drummond Castle is a must, or you’ll regret it!
