At Cae Berllan we offer three converted stone properties with all the needs of modern day living. The self catering cottages enjoy a splendid rural location situated at Llandwrog a small village three miles outside of Caernarfon, convenient for easy access to the historic coastal town and majestic castle as well as the Snowdonia National Park. On the farm we have horses and ponies, a few sheep and a few chickens. We have a orchard of about 70 trees which is a ideal area for picnics and for children to play. For our younger clients there is a play/sitting area to the back of the cottages which is covered in chip bark and has secure gates. We are ideally situated for those looking to explore this magnificent part of Wales.

Carreg Bwa is the largest of the three holiday cottages; you can enter either by the front door or the French doors, from your own large enclosed garden with plenty of outdoor seating options.

This cottage has a very large lounge with french doors giving it a comfortable seating area for 6-9 people + high chair. There is a 40” flat screen TV, DVD, and CD player. Enter through the front door; you enter into the kitchen with full size appliances including stove, dishwasher large fridge freezer, microwave, table seating 6 people, highchair, all pots and crockery needed for a family of 6-8. Door to the back play area. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom, large shower with low threshold handrails [shower chair available on request]. Separate bath, supply of towels.There are 3 bedrooms all with full size single and double beds, wardrobe, draws, bedside cabinets.The main bedroom has the double bed + cot and the other room's have twin beds. All beds are made up prior to arrival. Again the back door leads to a communal garden.

Both Hendy & Ty Pen overlook the orchard area which is in full flower from April until the end of June, with fruit throughout the summer and autumn. The orchard is just under 3 acres and is a ideal for picnics and BBQ’s.

From their own Patio, (which has its own enclosed seating area) via French doors you enter the cottage.You enter into a 34ft room which has been split into a seperate kitchen /diner and lounge area by different levels giving a large open plan area which is light and airy in summer and warm in winter. The lounge area has seating for 4-6 people, CD, 40” Flat screen TV, DVD, and lounge furniture. You enter the kitchen area by 3 steps, where you will find a large is fully fitted with seating for 6, full size cooker, larder fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. Microwave, and full complement of crockery and cutlery.plus a Highchair.

The double bedroom is fully fitted with all bedroom furniture and cot.The second room has two full size single beds and full complement of bedroom furniture.

The bathroom is large with separate bath and shower, and supply of towels.

All beds are made up on arrival.The back door leads to a enclosed communal garden.

Whichever one of the cottages you book, you can be sure that the location near Caernarfon makes a great base from which to explore this very beautiful area of North Wales.
