An Important historic building, much loved by the community, has been transformed, thanks to a young, energetic and full of inspiration team, who run Yr Orsaf café. Located in Penygroes, a village to the south of Caernarfon, the spotlessly shiny café bubbles over with fab food, great atmosphere and top notch service. What makes this historic building even more special, is the fact that it’s an important community hub. Offering scrumptious light bites, marvelous main meals, heavenly, freshly baked cakes using only the very best of Welsh local produce. Flavoursome, fragrant coffee comes courtesy of local Poblado coffee: which is actually roasted in the small slate quarrying village of Nantlle. The menu is generous and varied, with the option of trying appetising Thai Food too.
