Blair Castle’s an absolutely stunning castle, set against the backdrop of what is some of Scotland’s most prettiest scenery. Being home to the Atholl family for over 700 years, this castle is rich in history and if it’s walls could speak, it would most certainly be able to tell some rich stories. I really loved walking around the castle and I found the staff inside to be very knowledgeable and were able to answer any question I asked and believe me, I asked a few. This castle is one of evolvements and has taken different forms over the past 7 centuries, but the one I find the most stunning is that of its present form. All in all, I’m sure you’ll have a fantastic time here, just be sure to leave yourself enough time to see everything, believe me, there is a lot!
