Eating Out

Review

Zio Restaurant here in Portadown, Co. Armagh, is a welcome new entry in my Top 100 Attractions on the Island of Ireland book and for good reason. This stylish, Mediterranean-inspired eatery offers a warm and vibrant atmosphere that makes you feel at home the moment you step inside. The staff are attentive, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. I was especially impressed to see the owners working the floor alongside their team, a sure sign of pride and quality and is not always the norm nowadays. The menu is a thoughtfully curated mix of Mediterranean favourites, all beautifully presented and packed with flavour. From fresh pastas to grilled meats and seafood, Zio delivers a culinary experience that stands out in this historic town.
