Yeats Lodge Accommodation is one of those places that makes exploring County Sligo feel all the more special. This is now the second time I have endorsed Geraldine’s accommodation in this book, and after almost three decades of welcoming visitors, she remains a superb host and a true ambassador for Sligo. Perfectly placed just a short drive from W.B. Yeats’ grave, Yeats Lodge offers an excellent base for discovering this corner of Ireland. Lissadell House, Strandhill’s world-famous VOYA Seaweed Baths and the many attractions of Sligo are all within easy reach. Then, of course, there is Benbulben, rising 1,726 feet above the Wild Atlantic Way and creating one of Ireland’s most unforgettable landscapes. Warm hospitality and a fantastic location make Yeats Lodge an easy recommendation.
