The Hot Box Sauna (Rosses Point)
Review
Location, location, location. The Hot Box Sauna at Rosses Point proves Liam, Dan and Luke know exactly what works and where. A short, scenic spin from Sligo, this sea-facing sanctuary feels like the next best thing to Finland itself. Step inside the timbered heat, gaze out over the Wild Atlantic, and listen to waves crash at your feet; it’s humbling to realise there are roughly 5,000 kilometres between you and New York. This shared sauna seats up to sixteen, which makes it wonderfully social. Remember, here in Ireland, strangers are just friends you’ve not met yet! Rotations of deep, dry warmth followed by bracing sea dips leave you glowing, clear-headed and content. Thoughtful touches, slick operations and friendly guidance from the team keep everything effortless. Whether you’re a seasoned sauna-goer or new to the ritual, Hot Box at Rosses Point is a revitalising coastal experience you’ll plan to repeat soon.
