The dishes you'll find on the menu are likely to change on a regular basis (some even daily) and will be determined by the seasonal vegetables and cuts of meat he is able to source from his suppliers on the day. 'Locally Sourced' is a phrase that doesn't often live up to expectations in many other establishments and Stuart is keen to give it the credibility it deserves!
The top producers he's chosen to work with are sure to give a menu that's full of flavour and quality, and at a price that's not going to break the bank: Scott's farm assured butchers of Garstang: Bradshaw's Farm Shop; Johnson & Swarbrick; Dewlay Cheese; Lancaster Brewery and Walling's Ice Cream.
