Wexford Lavender Farm, Ireland’s first lavender Farm! We are a family run business set in the heart of the beautiful Wexford countryside. A peaceful place to relax, slow down and enjoy the great outdoors. Opened in April 2014 we aim to share our ‘Passion for Purple’, love of all things lavender and country life. Lavender is one of the best known and most loved of all herbs, with its lovely fragrance and stunning flowers it remains a gardeners’ favourite. We have 2 acres of lavender, childrens’ play area, quad barrel train ride, café, visitor information centre with distillery equipment, woodland walks, plant sales and plenty more. In 2017 our new Artists’ Attic, Therapy Rooms and expanded cafe have opened. Artists’ Attic is our new craft room featuring homemade unique crafts direct from the makers, on display and for sale and is open 12pm – 3pm daily. Our cafe now has extended seating upstairs to cater for larger numbers whatever the weather. Our therapy room is available for therapists to hire, see contact details for how to contact us.

Whether your favourite colour is purple or not, a trip to the Wexford Lavender Farm will be a must on your trip here to Ireland. The farm itself has to be one of the most innocent of all attractions that I have visited so far and it's owners really have diversified their once working farm into something very special. Not only did I like the fact that there are a multitude of things to do here, the farm plays host to a huge amount of events throughout the year, from cutting you own lavender to take home, to tours around their 'Organic Lavender Oil' Distillery. One of the most enjoyable things that you can do here are all the many woodland walks that you can do and after a long walk through a picturesque wooded dell, why not try their sumptuous cakes and wonderful coffee in their wonderful coffee shop.
