Review
The Ashdown Park Hotel in Gorey offers a delightful blend of modern comfort and charming character. Though I don’t always have the luxury of staying at the places I endorse due to tight schedules and the amount of places I have to visit in that one week, but I had the pleasure of spending a night here and thoroughly enjoyed my time. My room was quirky yet modern, the perfect combination of style and comfort. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, without losing that sense of Irish charm! One highlight was dining onsite at Rowan Steakhouse, where the quality of the meat stands out, sourced from their family farm and local butchers. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch, adding to the overall excellent experience. I’d highly recommend the Ashdown Park Hotel, or its sister property, Amber Springs, to anyone seeking a welcoming and high-quality stay in the area.
