The Steppes B&B
Set in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside yet only minutes from Hereford City centre, The Steppes offers you a taste of ancient history at its best, yet keeps you in the luxury you would expect from a top rate bed and breakfast establishment all year round.
We have three ensuite rooms available, all with outside doors to the gardens. Easy access is available if required and there is a large car parking area.
Lin and Martin, your hosts, are both keen to bring you an experience you will want to repeat whether you are on holiday or on a business trip.
The Steppes dates back the 16th Century and has survived Civil War and many uprisings over the years.
The original building (the family lounge) was said to have been erected in 1530 when Henry VIII was King of England and England was torn by the Restoration.
Today however, it is a happy home for Lin & Martin. Lin is a keen advocate for self sufficiency and as such has a large vegetable garden, chickens, sheep and bees.
