The Pack Horse - Hayfield
Review
When I sat down in front of Luke, the owner of the Pack Horse at Hayfield, who runs this pub alongside his partner Emma, I felt the same vibe as I did when I met Bryn Williams, the Welsh celebrity chef for the very first time. Despite his youth, Luke is clearly destined for great things in the culinary world. Over the past nine years, he has transformed this award winning pub into a haven of amazing food, stripped of pretentiousness. Luke and Emma's meticulous selection of their staff and suppliers is evident in every detail. If you manage to secure a table here, you're in for a real treat. The Pack Horse offers a relaxed yet refined dining experience, where the focus is on locally sourced quality and passion for food. This place is a testament to Luke and Emma's dedication, making it a must-visit for any food enthusiast.
