The Mail Room Restaurant & Bar

Eating Out

Situated in the Old Post Office half way down Corve Street, husband and wife team Mike and Sue Barnard have transformed this prestigious building into a stylish, modern, 46-seater bar and restaurant. Serving Mediterranean-influenced, modern cuisine, the head chef serves a combination of the best Mediterranean, European and British cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients. The atmosphere is stylish, relaxed and social, with food being served every day, allowing you to enjoy anything from a lazy brunch, to afternoon drinks and nibbles with friends, to a sumptuous three-course meal whenever you wish.
