The Bull’s Head
The Bull’s Head is a shining example of what a quintessentially English pub is all about. Charming features, cosy surroundings and excellent food are the order of the day and from the minute I stepped into this wonderful pub, I knew I had to have it as one of my handful of fine places to eat in this, the Greater Manchester, City and Wider Region chapter. Even though the Bulls Head serves excellent food throughout the week, Sunday’s are an extra special treat here and their Sunday Lunch has guests travelling from all over Cheshire and beyond to feast on their roast sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding as well as other favourites. With great cask ales, local gins, fifteen wines by the glass and over one hundred whiskies on the bar you’ll be spoilt for choice! All in all I know you will thoroughly enjoy your visit to the Bulls Head whatever the occasion.

It has to be said from the start, that Owen House Farm isn’t an attraction in the usual sense, so I don’t want you turning up thinking that it is a farm park of some description.
