Review
Throughout the many editions of the Top 100 Attractions range of books, garden centres don't really feature that heavily. This isnt because I don't like them, it's merely because as a rule, gardens centres are just exactly what they say they are, centres for buying garden stuff. However dotted all over our fine land are garden centres that really do stand out from all the rest. Secret Garden is just exactly one such garden centre. Situated only a stones throw away from Abergavenny and nestled perfectly within the South Wales Valleys, Secret Garden really did take me by surprise. From every day plants, to those of the exotic and tropical, around every corner there is something to wow every green fingered tourist. All garden centres worth their salt feature a place to grab a coffee, but here at the Secret Garden, Sally's Tea Rooms is the order of the day. Freshly baked cakes and the smell of great coffee, and that's before mentioning the great food on offer.
