Ranfurly House Arts and Visitor Centre (the old Belfast Bank) in Dungannon presents the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the historical events that shaped the history of Ireland many hundreds of years ago. Ranfurly House is now a centre devoted to the Hill of O’Neill’s important link to Irish and European history, sporting a Tourism and Information Centre, a gift shop and a fabulous coffee shop. Local artists are invited to exhibit, perform and run workshops here, and there is also a theatre, a museum and tours of this intriguing and significant site. An exciting and informative visit is guaranteed. This centre has received multiple awards for its contribution to education about the history surrounding this important site, as well as for learning outside of the classroom. Programmes are run on an outreach basis and for school visits as well.
