Pumpkin Picking at Valley View
Review
There is something wonderfully wholesome about autumn at Valley View, where the Goulding family have been part of the Clyde Valley story for almost 130 years. Their annual Pumpkin Picking experience has become a seasonal highlight, drawing families and visitors from miles around, and it is easy to see why. For a modest entry fee, you can wander through their colourful pumpkin experience, soak up the atmosphere and choose the perfect pumpkin to take home, with prices based on weight. Better still, you can even carve your chosen pumpkin before leaving, making the whole experience feel that little bit more special. The event is beautifully organised, relaxed and full of charm, with plenty of opportunities for photographs along the way. Before heading home, make sure you try the toasted marshmallows, which are a lovely finishing touch. Pumpkin Picking at Valley View is an autumn tradition worth putting in the calendar.
