Persie Distillery is the brainchild of both Simon Fairclough and his wife Chrissie and what they have created here, is absolute heaven for Gin Drinkers, or to be fair, a school of thought for anyone who is interested in the story of distilling and one thing you’ll receive above and beyond everything else from your visit here, is a personal visitor experience. This award winning visitor attraction has also received one of our hidden gem awards for Heritage, as what they have created for Gin Lovers is building a new heritage, for a new breed of alcohol drinkers. With so many exciting gin flavours under their belts already, you’ll literally be spoilt for choice. Having been shown around the distillery and getting to understand the science behind everything, was really good and although I’m not a drinker myself, I loved every minute of it, I know you will too!
