Ormidale Hotel
Review
The Ormidale Hotel here in Brodick has got quite the history when it comes to hospitality. It has been run by the Gilmore family since 1935 and not many hotels within the United Kingdom can boast that legacy. The food here at the Ormidale is basic but good pub grub and they have a lovely, but modest restaurant out at the back of the pub and I have to say, the room took me totally by surprise, as this orangery style room really has lots of character and I really liked it! They do have a small number of bedrooms here at the hotel, but as they are very popular and busy a lot of the time, both ourselves and the management of the hotel thought it more prudent to include them in the restaurant section instead. Together with their quiz nights and disco, you’ll have a lovely ole time here!
