Millmasters Accommodation in Dromahair, Co. Leitrim, is one of those places that makes travelling around this beautiful corner of Ireland easy and affordable. Ideally positioned within a short drive of Counties Sligo and Donegal, it makes a wonderful base for exploring the northwest. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully furnished, while hosts Ruth and John go out of their way to make every guest feel welcome. With both B&B-style accommodation and a self-catering option available, there is flexibility to suit different kinds of stays and budgets. Best of all, it offers excellent value without compromising on comfort or hospitality. It is very difficult to find fault here, which is exactly why Millmasters has earned its place among my handful of favourite places to stay.

Ruth and her husband John have created a warm, welcoming place where good food and genuine hospitality go hand in hand. The menu is varied enough to suit almost every taste, with a clear emphasis on using locally sourced produce wherever possible. That commitment to quality really comes through on the plate, with generous portions, well-prepared dishes and plenty of choice. You certainly do not have to be staying in their accommodation to enjoy what is on offer here, as everyone is made to feel welcome. Add regular live music into the mix, and this becomes a lively, enjoyable stop worth seeking out.
