You will find an animal adventure of note in Sheffield, overlooking the beautiful Mayfield Valley. A cost effective, informative and thoroughly enjoyable day out for the whole family. Mayfield Alpacas Animal Park sports an enormous variety of animals, from alpacas to llama, reindeer, rhea, wallabies, to farm animals, exotic birds and more. The park offers a broad selection of activities for all ages, whether you are visiting as a family or a school, or wishing to volunteer in one of their programmes. It is also possible for your children to learn all about farming practices, animal husbandry and general information about the myriad creatures here. There is also a really lovely coffee shop on the site which offers delicious meals and beverages to refresh the family. There is also an animal adoption programme that supports the care of these animals, and there are several visiting and birthday party packages on offer on their website.
