Lobster Pot
Review
The Lobster Pot Restaurant on the outskirts of Rosslare is one of those rare dining rooms that has become part of the fabric of this region. A true constant for many years, its reputation has been built not on fuss, but on superb food, genuine hospitality and a standard that never seems to slip. New owner Paul Behan clearly understands the responsibility of looking after such a celebrated name, and he does so with real care and unwavering commitment. This award-winning restaurant has gathered almost every honour an Irish restaurant could hope for, yet it still remains refreshingly unpretentious. That balance of excellence and warmth is precisely why we have awarded The Lobster Pot our rare Iconic Restaurant status. The food is simply fantastic, and with Lobster Lodge next door, a stylish four-bedroom cottage with its own hot tub, guests can turn a memorable meal into a wonderful coastal escape.
