Llandudno Pier
Review
Strolling along Llandudno's elegant promenade, the captivating sight of the pier stretching out into the waves, is an arresting sight. Still as beautiful as when it was first built in 1878, visitors adore to tread the boards just like the Victorian/Edwardian folk did. Llandudno is known as The Queen of Welsh Resorts, seamlessly blending the past with the present, and the wonderful Pier reflects that perfectly. Indeed, 2021 life at Llandudno Pier was featured on ITV Wales in a hugely popular series. ‘The Pier’ showed viewers the fascinating, everyday lives of the hardworking people, who continue to make the longest Pier in Wales flourish. So, look out for the wonderfully friendly shops, and the upbeat arcades with their kaleidoscope lights. There's a fun fair for little ones as well as an incredible state-of-the-art Ferris wheel, which at night lights up the sky. There’s plenty of choice when it comes to food too, with different delicious aromas tempting you as you stroll along.
