Golden Dawn B&B
Review
The Golden Dawn Guesthouse, on the outskirts of Dublin city centre in Rathcoole, is proof that genuine hospitality still matters. Perfectly placed on the road to Limerick, it makes an excellent base for exploring not only Dublin, but the surrounding counties too. Sonia and Paddy have been welcoming guests here for well over two decades and their experience shines through in every detail. This is the second time I have endorsed this charming B&B and I have little doubt it will not be the last. The rooms are cosy, comfortable and very fairly priced, offering excellent value without compromising on warmth or character. Add in a cracking continental breakfast each morning and the kind of personal hospitality the larger hotel chains simply cannot match!
