Choice Bar & Restaurant is an award winning independent modern British restaurant that was established in 2001 by Jon Grieves.
Since opening the doors Choice has won accolades for Best Wine List, Manchester Restaurant of the Year, AA Rosettes, Taste of Manchester and Best Fine Dining Restaurant.
Focusing on the freshest regional ingredients in a modern British style it provides a beautiful location for private dining, celebrations and romantic dinners. Choice is located in the historic Castlefield canal basin and offers a large outside area for al fresco dining and is built inside a 17th century canal warehouse.
