Cadell can be found in the heart of Galway City and is a delightful new addition to the local dining scene, and it already stands out. Owned by Mark Gilmore, a seasoned expert in Galway’s hospitality industry, this bar and restaurant is in very capable hands. Open seven days a week, Cadell excels at creating a relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere that invites diners to stay and enjoy. The food is exceptional, crafted with care, but without the unnecessary fanfare that often accompanies new spots. What truly impressed me was the knowledgeable staff, who seem to genuinely love what they do. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, Cadell is a must-try for a welcoming experience and flavourful dishes that truly leave you satisfied without breaking the bank.
