Ideally located in the heart of a picture perfect village, you can expect fabulous modern accommodation. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. The Superking room has a 6ft wide bed! It can even be converted into twin beds if you fancy that more. For some added luxury, the Suite offers a space where you can sit down with your loved one while admiring the panoramic views over Loughrigg Fell and Fairfield Horseshoe.From flat screen TV to coffee and tea making facilities, there are beautiful extra touches throughout the house. Mandy and Adrian Mclear are fabulous owners who have really thought of the comfort of guests. The en-suite shower rooms are spacious with a contemporary feel. A haven for couples, you can even pre-order some chocolates, flowers and champagne for your arrival. Only offering options to adults without pets, the atmosphere is ever so warm and friendly. Guests are definitely in for a treat.

The accommodation here at Brantfell House is truly outstanding! The couple who run it, Adrian & Mandy really do go all out to please! I have to say, being a travel journalist that visits places like this for a living, I’m more critical than most, but I found nothing about this Guest House that I could pull it up for. The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast certainly was substantial enough to set you up for the day. Having only been there for just under a year, you’d think that they would still be finding their feet, but I have to say they came across as seasoned hoteliers which is to their Credit! All in all, I’d most definitely recommend Brantfell House to anyone and I’m sure you will not be disappointed with your stay.
