Walking through the bright and welcoming doors of Betty Berkins Coffee Shop: is like finding a very special hidden treasure, that once discovered, will stay in your heart forever. North Wales entrepreneur; Fidelma Davies, affectionately named her Coffee Shop after her mother, and this delightful Cafe offers a warm refuge from the busy world: the aroma of freshly-ground coffee, and the most wonderful: decadent, rich, crumbly, creamy dreamy cakes, baked fresh every day by the very talented; Darren, who is Patissier Extraordinaire. The cakes are generously filled with fresh, fluffy, thick cream, and adorned with fruits: bright and glittering in a Heavenly cornucopia of delectable delights. Fragrant, delectable coffee is served in china cups, and on the menu there is a glorious range of breakfast and lunch options that can be enjoyed inside or out. Betty Berkins was a lady who relished making brews for others, her legacy lives on through her daughter.
